The trial is a real trial. Fourteen days, one SFTP service, 1 GB, no credit card asked for at any point. If you don't come back, nothing happens — there is no card on file to charge.

Storage is per service, not per account. Every SFTP service you create gets its own quota, enforced on the filesystem itself rather than by a warning email. A Business plan running both its services therefore holds 50 GB in each, 100 GB altogether, and neither can eat into the other's room.
Prices are in Australian dollars, and that is the whole price. Proficiens is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and none is added at checkout — $29 means $29. If you're claiming this as a business expense, note there is no GST component to claim back.
Charged monthly to the card you save when you choose a plan. Card details never reach our servers; your browser sends them straight to Stripe. A receipt is emailed for every payment, and your full payment history is in your account.
